【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesthefollowingthreetestmethods:a)abrasive-wheel-weartestmethod,determiningthewearresistanceandthewearindexofanodicoxidationcoatingsonflatspecimensofaluminiumanditsalloys;b)abrasivejettestmethod,comparingtheresistancetoabrasionofanodicoxidationcoatingsonaluminiumanditsalloyswiththatofastandardspecimenor,alternatively,areferencespecimen,byuseofajetofabrasiveparticles;c)fallingsandabrasionmethod,determiningtheabrasionresistancewithfallingsandappliedtothinanodicoxidationcoatings.TheuseofthesemethodsforcoatingsproducedbyhardanodizingisdescribedinISO10074.

【摘要】:Thisguideprovidesatestprocedureforevaluatingthepotentialecologicalimpactsandenvironmentaltransportofachemicalinanagricultural(tilled,low-till,orno-till)ornaturalfieldsoilecosystemthatmaybereleasedorspilledintotheenvironment.Thesuggestedtestproceduresaredesignedtosupplysite-specificinformationforachemicalwithouthavingtoperformfieldtesting.(SeeEPA560/6-82-002andEPA560/6-82-003.)Thisguideisnotspecificallydesignedtoaddressfateofchemicalsinsoilsofforestedecosystems.However,withsomemodifications,itmaybeadaptedforthatpurposebytheindividualinvestigator.Specifically,thisguideisusedtodeterminetheeffectofachemicalon(1)growthandreproductionofeithernaturalgrasslandvegetationorcrops,and(2)nutrientuptakeandcyclingwithinthesoil/plantsystem.Additionally,thesoil-coremicrocosmwillprovideinformationon(1)potentialforbioaccumulation(enrichment)ofthechemicalintoplanttissues,and(2)thepotentialforandrateoftransportofthechemicalthroughsoiltogroundwater.Theresultsofthistestshouldbeusedinconjunctionwithinformationonthechemicalandbiologicalactivityofthetestsubstancetoassesstherelativeenvironmentalhazardandthepotentialforenvironmentalmovementoncereleased.Thetestmethodsdescribedinthisguidearedesignedspecificallyforliquidorsolidmaterials.Significantmodificationsoftheexposuresystemwouldbenecessarytoaccommodatechemicalsthatarevolatileorthatmaybereleasedinagaseousoraerosolizedform.FormethodsthatcouldbeadaptedforusewithvolatileorgaseoustestsubstancesseeRefs(3,4,5,6).Resultsofamulti-yearsoil-coremicrocosmtesthavebeencorrelatedwithdataderivedfromaseriesofmulti-yearfieldplottestsforalimitednumberofmaterials.InformationonthecorrelationbetweenmicrocosmandfieldresultscanbefoundinRefs(7,8,9,10).1.1Thisguidedefinestherequirementsandproceduresforusingsoil-coremicrocosmstotesttheenvironmentalfate,ecologicaleffects,andenvironmentaltransportofchemicalsthatmayenterterrestrialecosystems.Theapproachandthematerialssuggestedforuseinthemicrocosmtestarealsodescribed.1.2Thisguidedetailsaproceduredesignedtosupplysite-specificorpossiblyregionalinformationontheprobablechemicalfateandecologicaleffectsinasoilsystemresultingfromthereleaseorspillageofchemicalsintotheenvironmentineitherliquidorsolidform.1.3Experiencehasshownthatmicrocosmsaremosthelpfulintheassessmentprocessafterpreliminaryknowledgeaboutthechemicalpropertiesandbiologicalactivityhavebeenobtained.Datageneratedfromthetestcanthenbeusedtocomparethepotentialterrestrialenvironmentalhazardsofachemical.1.4Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyproblems,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
