【摘要】:ThispartofISO13732providestemperaturethresholdvaluesforburnsthatoccurwhenhumanskinisincontactwithahotsolidsurface.Italsodescribesmethodsfortheassessmentoftherisksofburning,whenhumanscouldormighttouchhotsurfaceswiththeirunprotectedskin.ThispartofISO13732alsogivesguidanceforcaseswhereitisnecessarytospecifytemperaturelimitvaluesforhotsurfaces;itdoesnotsetsurfacetemperaturelimitvalues.NOTE1Suchtemperaturelimitvaluescanbespecifiedinspecificproductstandardsorinregulationsinordertopreventhumanbeingssustainingbumswhenincontactwiththehotsurfaceofaproduct.ThispartofISO13732dealswithcontactperiodsof0,5sandlonger.Itisapplicabletocontactwhenthesurfacetemperatureisessentiallymaintainedduringthecontact(see4.1).Itisnotapplicableifalargeareaoftheskin(approximately10%ormoreoftheskinofthewholebody)canbeincontactwiththehotsurface.Neitherdoesitapplytoskincontactofmorethan10%oftheheadorcontactwhichcouldresultinburnsofvitalareasoftheface.NOTE2Insomecases,theresultsofcontactwithahotsurfacecanbemoreseriousfortheindividual,forexample:—burnsresultingintherestrictionofairways;—largebums(morethan10%ofthebodysurface)thatcanimpairthecirculationbyfluidloss;—heatingofalargeproportionoftheheadorwholebodythatcouldleadtounacceptableheatstrainevenintheabsenceofburning.ThispartofISO13732isapplicabletothehotsurfacesofallkindofobjects:equipment,products,buildings,naturalobjects,etc.Forthepurposesofsimplification,itmentionsonlyproducts;nevertheless,itappliestoallotherobjectsaswell.Itisapplicabletoproductsusedinanyenvironment,e.g.intheworkplace,inthehome.Itisapplicabletohotsurfacesofproductsthatmaybetouchedbyhealthyadults,children,elderlypeopleandalsobypeoplewithphysicaldisabilities.Itdoesnotprovidedatafortheprotectionagainstdiscomfortorpain.
