【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardgivesguidanceonthecriteriaandthefundamentaloperationproceduregoverningthesparkopticalemissionspectralanalysis(S-OES)ofmetalsamples,beginningwithsampling,throughsamplepreparationtoreportingthetest,aswellastherequirementsofthewholesparksourcespectrometricprocedurewhichshallbefulfilledwithrespectto:--observanceoftheagreedprecisionandtrueness[ISO3534-1,ISO5725-1]oftheanalyticalresultswithrefer-encetotheagreedsampleorsamplearea;--traceabilityoftheanalyticalresultstotheinternationalbaseunits--mass(kg)andamountofsubstance(mol);--proofofagreementbetweenthesparkspectrometricresultandtheaveragecompositionofthesuppliedmetalsamplewithinthegivenuncertainty[ISO3534-1]oftheanalyticalresult;--comparabilityofthetestresultsbetweendifferentlaboratories;--asfaraspossible,atrouble-freeoperationofthespark,spectrometer.Theseguidelinesrefertocomputer-controlledsimultaneouslymeasuringspectrometersfortheanalysisofsolidsamples.
