【摘要】:Thispracticesetsthebasicrequirementsforproficiencytestprogramsinthechemicalanalysisofmetals,ores,andrelatedmaterials.Itdoesnotsetspecificproceduralrequirements,butdoesestablishaframeworkforparticularprograms,includingthosewitheithersmallorlargenumbersofparticipants.(Warning8212;Thedatafromproficiencytestingprogramsmustneverbeusedtoassigncertificationvaluestothematerialsusedintheprogram.TheelementsofaproperlyconceivedandimplementedcertificationprogramaredescribedindetailinGuideE1724.)Mostaccreditationbodiesrequirethatlaboratoriesparticipateregularlyinproficiencytestingprogramsthattheyhaveacceptedforthepurpose.Therefore,itisessentialthateachprogramcomplywithacceptedprinciplesincludingtechnicalrequirements,statisticalprocedures(seeAnnexA1),andqualitymanagement(seeAnnexA2).1.1Thispracticeprovidesdirectionfororganizingandconductingproficiencytestprogramsinanalyticalchemistryformetals,ores,andrelatedmaterials.ItisconsistentwithISOGuide43andGuideE1301.Itdoesnotaddresstheselectionanduseofproficiencytestingschemesbyaccreditingbodies.

【摘要】:Acomparisonwasmadebetweendrymillingandslurrymixingascomminutionstepprecedingmycotoxinsanalysis.SuchinrespecttoEClegislationthatconsistsofsampleschemesupto30kg.Cacao,greencoffee,almondsandpistachiosamplesof10kgweremilledbyaRASmillandallthreesub-sampleswerecompletelyanalysedforaflatoxinB1orOchratoxinA.Thedifferencesinanalyticalresultsareexplainedbymeasurementsofparticlesizedistributionsofbothmillingtypes.Theobtaineddataarecomparedwithliteraturedataoncoefficientsofvariation(CV)forvariousmillingprocedures.FordrymillingCVvaluesweregenerallynotbelow20%foraflatoxinB1levelsupto38μg/kginpeanuts,whereasslurrymixingcouldachieveCVvaluesbelow5%ataflatoxinB1levelsdownto4μg/kginpistachios.Measurementsalsoshowedpossibledifferenceinmycotoxincontentofasamplebetweenbothmillingtypes.Thiscouldleadtofalsepositiveornegativeresultswhenrejectingoracceptingalot,asthisisbasedonthesampleresult.ItwasconcludedthatslurriescontainsmallerparticlesthandrymilledsamplesandthusgeneratethelowestpossibleCVvalueswhichinturnleadstobettersamplehomogenisation.
