【摘要】:1Thisstandarddealswithpoweroperatedtemporarilyinstalledbuildershoists(referredtoas"hoists"inthisstandard)intendedforusebypersonswhoarepermittedtoentersitesofengi-neeringandconstruction,servinglandinglevels,havingaloadcarryingdevice:-designedforthetransportationofgoodsonly;-guided;-travellingverticallyoralongapathwithin15degreesmax.ofthevertical;-supportedorsustainedbydrumdrivenwirerope,chain,rackandpinion,hydraulicjack(directorindirect),oranexpandinglinkagemechanism;-wheremasts,whenerected,mayormaynotrequiresupportfromseparatestructures;-whichpermitstheaccessofinstructedpersonsduringloadingandunloading;-whicharedrivenbyappointedpersons;-whichpermits,ifnecessary,duringerection,dismantling,maintenanceandinspection,theaccessandtravelbypersonswhoarecompetentandauthorised.2Thestandardidentifieshazardsaslistedinclause4whichariseduringthevariousphasesinthelifeofsuchequipmentanddescribesmethodsfortheeliminationorreductionofthesehazardswhenusedasintendedbythemanufacturer.3ThisEuropeanstandarddoesnotspecifytheadditionalrequirementsfor:-operationinsevereconditions(e.g.extremeclimates,strongmagneticfields);-lightningprotection;-operationsubjecttospecialrules(e.g.potentiallyexplosiveatmospheres);-electromagneticcompatibility(emission,immunity);-handlingofloadsthenatureofwhichcouldleadtodangeroussituations(e.g.moltenmetal,acids/bases,radiatingmaterials,fragileloads);-theuseofcombustionengines;-theuseofremotecontrols;-hazardsoccurringduringmanufacture;-hazardsoccurringasaresultofmobility;-hazardsoccurringasaresultofbeingerectedoverapublicroad;-earthquakes;-noise.4Thisstandardisnotapplicableto-buildershoistsforpersonsandmaterials;-liftsaccordingtoEN81-1:1998,81-2:1998andprEN81-3:1999;-inclinedhoistsaccordingtoEN12158-2;-workcagessuspendedfromliftingappliances;-workplatformscarriedontheforksofforktrucks;-workplatforms;-funiculars;-liftsspeciallydesignedformilitarypurposes;-minelifts;-theatreelevators;-specialpurposelifts.5Thisstandarddealswiththehoistinstallation.Itincludesthebaseframeandbaseenclo-surebutexcludesthedesignofanyconcrete,hardcore,timberorotherfoundationarrangement.Itincludesthedesignofmasttiesbutexcludesthedesignofanchorageboltstothesupportingstructure.Itincludesthelandinggatesandtheirframesbutexcludesthedesignofanyanchoragefixingboltstothesupportingstructure.
